REFLECTIVE ART INC. POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

Order Processing  

Order processing occurs Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm EST. Please allow 7 business days for processing and production of your order. Rarely, out of stock items occur. Customers will be notified via email when an item is out of stock so that an alternate item may be chosen. Sorry, backorders are not permitted on individual orders.  

§ Expedited processing is possible. Rush orders will process within two business days of receipt. Extra charges apply for expedited services

International Orders

  • Orders are accepted from outside the United States and Canada. Please allow for longer shipping time. Extra charges for international orders do apply. 

New Accounts/Volume Orders

  • A standard trade agreement is available to qualified dealers. Orders must be prepaid with Visa or Mastercard until credit terms are established. Please refer to the credit application available on our downloads page to establish an account with Reflective Art Inc.

Prices

  • Reflective Art Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Products

  • Please be aware that all images presented on the website are close representations of products. Variances in colors occur due to printing.

Methods

Most orders ship via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Ship-To Addresses

Shipping is not permitted to PO boxes. All orders must ship to a physical address.

International Shipping

Customer will be notified of rate prior to product shipping.

Overnight Shipping

Please note some products cannot ship overnight due to the nature of production. Most giftware is available for overnight delivery. Additional charges apply.

RETURN POLICY

Reflective Art Inc is dedicated to providing the finest wildlife and nature art and giftware. For this reason, if you deem your purchase unsatisfactory, you may return your product for an exchange or refund. All returns require authorization from Reflective Art Inc. Please refer to the reverse of your packing slip for further instructions or call toll free 1.800.332.1075 Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm EST. 

Reflective Art Inc.'s ongoing dedication to providing customers with the finest products for over a quarter century means that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) in original packaging and condition according to the return shipping instructions on the reverse of your packing slip. Please indicate the reason for the return and whether you would like to receive an exchange or refund. *Please note that all returned items must ship prepaid and insured within 30 days of receipt. Additionally, Reflective Art Inc. suggests utilizing a trackable shipping method when returning an item. 

Expedited Return Policy

A digital photo return hastens the procedure. Please take a photo of product and packaging, attach in an email to sales@reflectiveartinc.com. In the body of the email, please specify order number, product, reason for return, and most importantly, if you wish to have a replacement. Refer to return shipping instructions listed on the reverse of the packing slip to return product to our facility. If you specified replacement, production of product will begin immediately upon receipt of email.

Damages

Should your package arrive damaged externally, please refuse delivery from carrier.

Please inspect your product upon receipt. Reflective Art attentively packages each product; however, we understand that infrequently product will arrive damaged internally. Retain all original packaging and contents. If you erroneously accept delivery only to discover damaged product, please notify Reflective Art Inc within 3 business days of receipt in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Upon notifying Reflective Art Inc., you will receive an authorization number to return the damaged product.
